Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd [CMAL] has appointed Aspect Land & Hydrographic Surveys Ltd as their principal contractor to conduct hydrographic and topographic surveys of all of its port areas. The work will be completed over a five year framework agreement, with a fixed schedule agreed for each port with the option for additional ad-hoc works.
The works will ensure compliance with CMAL’s requirement with respect to the Port Marine Safety Code to routinely survey its marine areas of responsibility to maintain safe passage and navigation.
With CMAL’s ports located within a variety of coastal environments, Aspect Land & Hydrographic Surveys Ltd’s range of vessel types ensures that each survey is tailored to such individual and diverse survey locations as CMAL’s ports dictate.
